Dr. Yingrudee Bhumisiriratanavadi’s life has been a lifelong journey of discovering the deeper meaning of being human. Beginning with academic studies in economics, management, communication, knowledge management, and human capital development, she dedicated more than two decades to working with governments, businesses, educational institutions, and communities. While witnessing remarkable human potential, she also encountered the realities of conflict, inequality, fear, and division, leading her to ask a profound question: How can humanity truly learn to live together in peace?

Her search for answers became an inner journey. Drawing wisdom from both Eastern and Western philosophies, meditation, psychology, natural healing, and the study of human consciousness, she came to recognize one universal truth: at the heart of every human life is love. This realization transformed her work from developing human capital to nurturing humanity itself, grounded in the belief that lasting peace begins not with institutions, but within the human heart.

From this vision emerged MasterPeace—not simply as an organization, but as a way of living. MasterPeace represents the creation of a “masterpiece of peace” through compassion, forgiveness, understanding, service, and everyday acts of kindness. It reflects her conviction that world peace is built one heart at a time, and that meaningful change follows a natural path: Inner Peace → Family Peace → Community Peace → National Peace → World Peace.

This philosophy also gave birth to One World Family, the belief that despite our different cultures, languages, religions, and histories, humanity shares one common home and one shared future. Every individual possesses inherent dignity, and every act of love contributes to a more peaceful and compassionate world.

For Dr. Yingrudee, Heaven on Earth is not a distant destination but a reality that humanity creates together whenever love overcomes hatred, forgiveness replaces resentment, and compassion triumphs over indifference. It begins within each individual and grows through collective responsibility and service.

Her life’s journey ultimately answers the question that first inspired her search: Why are we born? We are born to love, to learn, to heal, to serve, and to leave the world more beautiful than we found it.

The MasterPeace Mission is therefore an invitation to every person to move from Me to We, from individual transformation to collective wellbeing, and from humanity toward One World Family—working together to create MasterPeace and Heaven on Earth for present and future generations.
